This is one of an order of 60 custom brackets. The dimensions were particular.
They are designed to affix without visibility to a large set of custom knobs and hanging rods.
They will all then slot into a slatted wall in one of the hardware purveyor’s client’s custom closets- try saying that 3 times fast. The design creates a very structurally sound, space conscious and highly aesthetic means for holding purses etc.
After 5+ weeks of downtime for a pair of broken ribs I’m back at it. This is the start of a two story steel and wood patio with turn-back stairs. I know it doesn’t look like much but the foundation rarely does. We will form and pour feet for 8 posts and must be sure their location and elevation in reflation to the existing home is exact.

Progress has been slow on this one due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and a few rain days that rendered the job site too precarious for work but we are getting there. It’s a good sized, stout structure and very square.
Next we frame in the lower structure and build the turn-back stair.
